Poor products and customer service

I have ordered 3 times from this site the 1st purchase was tablecloths and the sizes were not as detailed on the packaging. The other order was oven mitt, apron to match the oven mitt and tea towels. When the order finally arrived the oven mitt was missing. I emailed them straight away and received the usual generated email back saying they have received the email and looking into it. I have not heard from them since and have sent at least 5 emails asking when the product will be delivered and an acknowledgment to my numerous emails. It has been over a month and still zero from this company. Has anyone else had this type of problem with them? Customer service is so poor.
