Equest for payment for moneys won

I received a p[ostcard from Sullivan Pierce Levin and was advised to contact 02 81034024 on getting through I was told to enter a pin off the postcard. On doing this I was told I had won some money and a diamond pennant but instructed to pay $25 via credit card to receive my funds and pennant. I am questioning the legitamacy of this can you advise.
