Did not arrive to clean house

Purchased 2 vouchers & emailed request for booking appointment in November.
Eventually received booking for 9th February at 1 pm. Nobody turned up and have had no reply from several emails sent asking for explanation. Phone number goes straight to message bank asking to email query which I have to no avail. Very disappointed. What happens now. Would like a refund.
