Hi I paid for my voucher on 18/1. I then rang and booked for the service on 18/2 at 10am. Tried to ring around 11am, the first mobile # 0478 689 800 there was no room to leave a message, rang the 2nd mobile # 0468 361 847 which was switched off. Please advise what happens now.
