Perth Carpet Cleaning (PCC) Own a website domain name which is my current business/trade name. I have registered the business name of "Ellenbrook Carpet Cleaning " Resistration number BN11684550 first of September With the Department of Commerce Peerth Western Australia. The link from my registered business name goes directly to their (pcc) page and therefor i think that that is called squatting on the domain.
I currently live in Ellenbrook as well as advertise my name locally I have good ties within the community and surrounding areas and i am fully focused on building my name and reputation on my business name of Ellenbrook Carpet Cleaning.
I don't want anyone destroying or making profits by using my name who do not live in the area and have NO ties in Ellenbrook.
Can you please look into this for me as it is having an influence on my business.
