Walked into the local country pub - Goombungee Pub t/as Pioneer Arms Hotel.
Basically confronted by the publicans girlfriend who asked us to leave the pub. Okay - thinking where did this come from?
Seems they read a review I had posted online on WOMO which was negative & positive but honest and because of that she told us we are banned from the pub. Kind of funny really the fact that they cannot handle the truth and that the public are entitled to their opinion and just because she didn;t like it - we were told we are not welcome and banned. Then her partner comes over and tells us in front of the everyone to ***K OFF. Hmnn... those sort of customer service skills will go a long way - especially on t.v. and social media. Well done Goombungee Pub - it's no loss to us - but makes you look cheap and unprofessional & I might add rather ferrell.
