There are actually 2 companies I am complaining about. One is Sakura Mitra Express, being the courier company and the other is pt-agungnugroho, being the company I bought the product from. I bought a zero turn lawnmower and paid them for it thinking I was getting it delivered by DHL couriers as advertised. After paying for the mower I was informed that it would be delivered by Sakura Mitra Express. I got the tracking number and all was going well when the couriers emailed me wanting me to pay 16% of the cost price for customs taxes and the like. So I paid them and about a week later they emailed again saying there had been an error and it should have been 29% so I paid the extra 13%. They waited another week before telling me that I had to pay 29% of what the price of the mower would be in my country. If I didn't pay this amount my product would be forfiet. Well I didn't pay because ther would have been yet another bogus charge that I would have been slugged with. I spoke to customs and they said I had been scammed. I believe that these two companies are in league with each other. They both have very professional websites and I think they are one and the same
