We payed for an item to be sent express post and we didnt receive it for 2 months, we were told we would get a refund for the express postage and we still did not receive one. and when the item came it was completely wrong! The communication on this website is a joke! the customer service is poor and have alot of people wanting to take matters further with there service as am I. This website is poorly run and I will never refer it to anyone and will take this matter further!
