My Wife went up to do some basic shopping at this supermarket this evening on the 24/07 at around 5.45. The staff here can be quite rude and have not much customer service. There were 2 incidents that occured. 1. An employee had a trolly and my wife had to get out of the way with out the employee saying anything, its like my wife was expected to move and like she wasnt there. 2. She was was walking up one of the isles and another employee cut her off and my wife had to stop other wise they would of collided and he did not acknowledge she was even there.
Coles customer service needs a shake up, people need to learn manners and use them. People should be thankfull they have a job in these tough times but a smile or a hello or a sorry is all it takes.
