Very poor service & communication

Ordered approximately $150.00 worth of products from this 'company' back in October. Bill was charges to my credit card & since then nothing! I have sent about 5 emails to them... get an automated response telling me that they will make contact soon, but nothing. There is no phone number that I can find to actually ring & speak to someone about my order. It is a very poorly run company with real communication problems. Will never use again & will advise others not to as well
