Incorrect Curtain Sizes

I am currently trying to get something happening with incorrect curtains 3 incorrect out of 5. So far they are saying they will give me a 50% refund on 2. What about the third. No mention how they will refund. Very vague. I think I too have been ripped off t. I spent $800 and have two curtains, very expensive. I still have items in my cart that I wish to order but I think it would be wise not to. Any idea/suggestions for me. They tell you to order according to your track size, what do you do when they are too big/damaged.
I hope this issue will be sorted eventually otherwise I'm well and truly out of pocket
