Faulty item returned to supplying company as demanded, for under warranty replacement via registered air mail, received by Company Representative after many delivery attempts by China postal, notification of delivery receipt received from mail delivery company to this effect. Many confusing email messages offering credit or replacement units to and from this Company prior to return of faulty unit and since return have now ceased and all emails from myself have not been honored by an answer from this Company for several months. I have NOT received any replacement or credit for this item.
