Dear sir today i entered a shell s/s for lp gas as there is only one gas bowser and one lane to it was blocked with cars i pulled into the other side of the bowser which was clear of any veicles, as i attempted to fill up i was yelled at through a intercom then the attendant banged on the glass window waving his arms about, as he would not turn on my bowser i stopped and walked inside to find out what was wrong, he said i must come in another way or he wont allow me to fill up, i though this was quite stuped as i already had the hose connected and no cars were waiting in my lane, so i therefore disconected and filled up elsewhere, there is no clear indication i could see to indicate direction one should use. i used to fill up there all the time when driving company cars and never had this problem, it was very embarrising, and i will never go back again. regards stan wilson
