When my 2 pairs of shoes arrived they were too small despite being the size I normally wear. Minikeep admitted that their shoes may be smaller in size than some other manufacturer's are. I wanted to return them and get replacements and was happy to pay the return freight but they refused to accept them back suggesting that I simply buy 2 more pairs and keep the incorrect ones - as if that was a solution! I've never had an online shop refuse to accept goods back in over 10 years of online shopping. I'm going to make sure I put this message on as many online complaint sites as I can. I knew the shoes had to be knock offs at that price but I find the no return policy to be very dodgy
