I ordered a silver necklace in the name of michelle on 12-17 and after 2 weeks i emailed them they said it was sent.
waited bout a week still had not recieved got email from them and they said they sent out another 1 also called got answering machine no call back
waited again never heard a word from them i emailed them and told them that i was going to report them to paypal and your site
they contacted me via email and said that they was having the postal service track my order
funny they only emailed me after u threaten to go to paypal and your site
then i got an email from them that they had a huge virus in australia and thats why they couldnt respond
now close to 2 months i emailed them and requested that they put my moneys back in paypal as they have had plenty of time to trace no responce again
waited another week gave them till 2-20-04 to put funds in paypal account never heard a word from them
i think they thought i would just forget about it well $41 is alot of money to me and i am upset
thanks for allowing me to post this here i have all copies of emails i sent and what few they sent
