I purchased a lovely gold watch with a beaded band. The band broke, beads went everywhere. They were held in place by nylon line. The band can't be repaired easily.
The rep. is Loretta of Pioneer Dr of Dingo Beach & has been contacted twice over many weeks. She fobs me off each time.
What can be done ??? D.J.
