Missing refund

I ordered a number of products from this website, they sent me a faulty product and after I contacted them and sent a photo of the faulty charm they promised to refund me half the vale of $50..00AUS. This was in Feburary and they still have not refunded me my money after promising a PayPal refund and me chasing them up every day. The order was Main Website Store: New Order # 100003663.
I have a very very long email trail if you would like to see it.
