I have placed a complaint over a month ago in regarding missing my flight in dubai due to the staff that worked for the emirates i have summitted the full report in the last email . this is the second email i have sent . if you do not reply soon i have no choice by to seek legal action in regarding the lose of a full weeks income . please contact me a s a p as i have the right to take action.
