Do yourself a favour and don't ever use Yodel Australia. After signing up for a 3 month service we have now been charged for another 3 months. They claim that unless you cancel the service a month prior then they will keep charging you. So, you sign up for a 3 month package and hey presto you are suddenly locked in for 6 months. This is despite the fact that their account managers do not explain this to you nor is it on their invoice. They claim that if you refer to their T&C on the website it is clearly states that you must cancel... however, given that their T&C are over 11, 000 words, the average person could be forgiven for missing that point. Not only that but they advertise that you'll receive a report every month - we received only one and that was after repeated requests. Absolute scammers - contact your local consumer affairs about this company.
