Horrible follow through procedure

21/Nov/11- Lodge warranty support online- got ref no- impressed at convenience

23/Nov/11- No calls from AWA/contractor to set time to fix freezer, sent email.

24/Nov/11- Email was replied with RQ Electronic number. Called them several time before manage to get through. Ask him to call husband to set specific time to meet.

A week before Christmas - Couldn’t set time as Christmas break is around the corner

After new years- No calls from RQ Electronic.

11/Jan/12- Emailed Warranty support to state that contractor has not given a set time. Finally go through AWA line and spoke to Customer Rep who called RQ

12/Jan/12-RQ Electronic called (Robert) and time finally set to come to see the freezer

19/Jan/12-David from RQ Electronic came over 2 hours early and stayed for 15 minutes tinkering with freezer. Said needed parts

6/Feb/12- Called David to ask the progress with the parts, he doesn’t know what is going on as the boss is meant to organise that. Said he will return my call at the end of the day

7/Feb/12-
Called RQ Electronics, number is busy or can’t get through (tried many times)
Called AWA and after 15 mins got hold of warranty support customer rep. Was not very helpful and asked if she can look into that. She put me through reception again.
Emailed warranty support and now lodging this complain on AWA website.
