On a daily basis I email to find out when I will be receiving money owed to me which I have been waiting 6 months for and I never get responses until when I do they are measly and evasive, The level of service I have received from FBC Group has been terrible from the day go! To Top it off Alistair is the owner of the company and he is the only person to deal with which makes it impossible to get any answers because he never bothers to reply to emails and then when he does he claims to be sick or waiting for funds or something irrelevant, false promises are the way of Alistair Mccreath and the FBC Group.
