Cancellation of service

I have only one contact and that is [email protected]... I have continuously sent emails to them with no response. Task Scaffolding Services is in liquidation. I emailed explaining and the website was no longer working so I believed (wrongly it would seem) that they had listened to me. The website is now back up for some unknown reason and they credited my daughters credit card (we used hers to renew last year when we thought the company would be able to survive. I contacted them last year, then I received an email on February 18 advising that they were going to credit a credit card... I sent back an email on February 20 advising them that we no longer had the company all records are in the hands of the liquidator and I assumed this was the end of our relationship with ecomplanet. Had someone phone me the other day to say the website was back up and running so I immediately emailed tech support and I have been emailing them for the last 3 days with no answer. This has to be finalised and I am hoping you can do something to help me as I don't have any idea how to get access to the website as the person who did all that is no longer available to the director of this company.
