As it seems have a lot of people I also recently signed up for a free trial of Dazzlewhite for which I was charged so I cancelled my order straight away they told me to return the product and my money would be refunded so I returned it as soon as it arrived at my door then they continued to charge me the full price for my ongoing supply so I organised a refund for the full amount through the online chat service at there website, then a month later I noticed money had been deducted from my bank account from healthmember and vh access I had no idea what either of these were but stupidly I let it ride thinking it was only a one of and it was only a small amount... low and behold it came out again the next month so I called my bank and they told me to do a bit of googling.
When I started looking I found nothing so I went to the dazzlewhite website and did the chat onlline thing where the operator told me its an automatic sign up when you apply for dazzlewhite. then she gave me the phone numbers to use from Australia to cancel these memberships so I thougth I would share them with all of you as that was the hardest thing for me to find.

They ask for your phone number ad name and then straight up offer you a cancellation however you have to request a refund of money they have already taken which I have to admit she gave me straight away then they give you a cancellation number I advise you write it down incase you need to get back onto them.
VH Access otherwise known as World Club Fitness Phone Number... 1-800-686-513
They ask for you first and last name then offer you a cancellation however they claim all money's paid are non refundable but assure you no furhter payments will be deducted they also give you a cancellation number which I would write down for security.
I hope this helps in some small way as its a sickening feeling to think that people can access your private details this way without you even knowing and its so darn hard to get hold of there information to undo things. Jackalynne
