I orginally purchase two trial products at a delivery only charge.. in early june - since then i have been continually charged, with new company names appearing on my account for each transaction taken from my debit card.
Today i closed the account as it was costing me more in phone calls to the States to FIND these so called companies to cancel B. over the past few months a total of $589.54AU has been taken from my account.. with names such as Pure Cleanse - Acai Burn - GHS Health - Elitpak - Kit Access - WellbHealth - Healthmember - VH Access - Dri*CAPac - ATOLL.
Each time i had canceled one another would appear on my account.
Each time the customer service rep gave the number for the next company but that person was unable to close the other accounts.
Considering I'm a single parent that works hard for my money to keep my three kids - this is TOTALLY outragous! the orignal purchases were for the amounts of $14.75 & $7.99 - when i told them i wanted a refund i was told that it clear states there are no refunds at the top of the page (there wasn't when i purchased) i replied with pitty your company doesn't CLEARLY STATE THAT YOUR AFFILATED COMPANIES ALSO SIGN YOU UP & TAKE MONIES FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!! TO WHICH HE REPLIED "I KNOW" Un #*&$^(*#^$ believable
