Siren has to be my worst experience of bad customer service yet.
The staff were so rude and so bitchy that they deliberately talk out loud about the customer right in front of them!
This is what happened.
Me and my two girlfriends were in Siren just browsing when my friend tried on a shoe in front of the mirror and when she didn't like it she placed it on the table that was behind her. So when the sales lady saw this she SNATCHES the shoe and talk in a loud voice to her co-worker saying "Don't you hate it when people don't know how to put things back?!" I mean HOW RUDE. Their job is to pick up after us, its called customer SERVICE. To piss her off we placed to other shoes in the wrong places and left. 10 minutes later, she comes looking for us hunting us down and when she finds us she has the never to say that WE need to find some respect and to end it all she tells us to "shut the f*ck up".
Bottom line of this story is that I am never shopping in that place EVER AGAIN! Worst customer service.
