Dresses returned and no refund provided

The site to handle disputes has even done nothing now. I ordered two dresses in January and paid approx $300aud they did not fit and after months of dispute they asked me to return which I did and spent $50 postage. They acknowledged receipt but have not paid refund. See below emails from site complaints;
