Like many others on this site, I was suckered into accepting a 'free' trial of acai berry and life cleanse. All it was going to cost me was postage. 2 weeks later I am hit with $136 for the 'free' product, because I did not cancel in 15 days. This was supposedly on the terms and conditions part of the site - I dispute that this information appeared anywhere readily visible on the site. And the product does not work!
Interestingly, the receipt that came with the product clearly states there is no money owing.
Getting through was extremely difficult. I couldn't find an email address, and didn't want to risk snail mail. I phoned 4 times, was disconnected 3 times and put on hold on the 4th. Not bad considering it was an international call; I wonder how much that will cost me! Finally managed to get through and cancel, but I can whistle for a refund (oh, I should mention, the debit appeared under a different name on the credit card statement: "Skincare Today')
