Ordered products from Trading Planet Ltd (Acai Berry and Life Cleanse)
The initial products were ordered from the free trial advert and my Mastercard was debited AU $3.50 on 07/08/09 and statement showed it was withdrawn by Focus Cleanse & Vitality Clean (inc Int currency fee) Goods arrived.
On 27/09/09 two transactions were made from FocusCleanse & VitalityClean for AU $148.34 each (Total AU $296.68). These were authorised because i failed to cancel the product within the 14 day free trial However the goods never arrived. (inc Int currency fee) I have tried cancelling with the contact details provided in their terms and conditions stated on their website. But fail to get an answer.
A refund for fraudulent use of my credit card would be greatly appreciated.
