Automatic deduction of the amount

I received my master card statement of may. dellmont.com/ASK LU, has deducted $13.74 on 24 may. please note i have not credited my action voip account in may and i have not done in june either. note i am not going to credit in july either, because i have some credit left in my account. so please don't deduct money from my master card. please advice me in this regard. if that happends again i will have to stop using action voip. please do the needful.
