We have bought a total of 7 vouchers amounting too $350 for house cleaning to be used within a year. We bought many thinking we could use them once a month and since we have received them we have been noted they can only accommodate us firstly on the 9 of January and are unsure for the other dates. If this is the case chances are these vouchers are not going to be able to be used and whats the point if it cant be used when we really require it to be used. We have messaged, called and emailed the company numerous times and we only got a response after a month. They ask us to excuse us as they have 2500 people to accommodate and yet were still advertising and selling more vouchers on Cudo. I cannot contact Cudo and no response has been given in regards to my emails sent. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I hope i obtain a response regarding this matter soon because $350 is a lot of money.
