Hi, I booked 2 nights accommodation in singapore through Agoda.com and they charged my credit card... 6 days after they send me email asking for copy of credit card and passport and licence copy. for verification, but i didnt see email as it was in spam... they cancelled my booking. i did contact them to ask for confirmation but they said its been cancelled...
please dont use them any more... they cant keep the promise at least in my case... they ruined my trip...
