I thought that it was illegal

I would like to complain about railbastard.com website and their service as a whole. I would like to report this website in the hope that it gets closed down. Swearing is the one thing and I thought that it was illegal to have that on a public forum. Also the posters are constantly discriminatory, slanderous, defamatory and offensive. All my relatives and friends think the same.
