I purchased a coupon via CUDO for a hair package.
I made a booking with the company
When I went to my appointed day & time the salon was closed
I contacted CUDO & they took a number of days to finally contact the merchant
Emails back & forth & contradictory information followed
CUDO refused a refund
The salon continues not to answer their phone
Buyer beware
CUDO is not honouring the vouchers they sell
Is anyone interested in a class action against them?
