Taking Money

I was given the information regarding VIP. They sent a phone but when i found out all the info I returned it and no more was said.
Then i noticed my account was being deducted $45.00 a month. When i rang to complain they said it belong to the complaint dept who i have never heard from. Whe i stopped the payment it reappeared again and they are still deducting money two years later.
What a scam. I want my money back or i will see you in court.
