No service

Some one gave my work mobile number to VIPtel and they called day and night for almost 2 months. I kept saying no and they promised a laptop for the disruption.
I was harassed so much I relented and got the VIPtel phone. A Samsung GT-B3210 and an Optus sim card. I have spent many a day on my private mobile trying to get
through to VIPtel to find out what is going on, and this has just cost me more and more.
They have been taking money from my account since Feburary 2011 and the phone doesnt work.
