I have been with viptel mobile for 5 months now and i have not been able to txt since day one. the txt's that are not beong sent are saying they are and i am still being charged for them. i have rung customer service over and over with no positive results. when i asked for a supervisor to call me back i waited 2 weeks before i had to call them back. i have made a complaint to the ito and still they are in no hurry to fix the problem. i never recieved the rewards card i was meant to recieve and about to try and redeem the laptop i was told i can get after paying my first 5 months of bills. i will not be suprised when i find that i will not recieve it. when i finally got on to the comlpaints dept. they would call me once and if i missed it i would have to call them back because they didn't try again. and when i called them i was told someone would call me within 24hrs. then the same thing happened again, and again. i spent 2 weeks with calls going back and forward, finally i have given up. it has been a week since a customer service officer told my my service would be working in 24hrs and as yet i havn't even recieved a call to tell me how they are trying to fix this service that hasn't worked the whole time. they have tried the same thing over and over trying to fix it to no avail. the last call i suggested a new sim card and was spoken to like i have no clue how a mobile works. at least i have enough sense to try something different rather then the same thing that hasn't worked for 5 months.
