How dare you keep charging me $46 monthly on every 29th of each month, i.e. $46 on 29/7, $46 on 29/8, $46 on 29/9 and $46 on 29/10. Your ref. : *Doctors 1800679634 CA. I am now demanding that you refund the 4 extra months, total $184.00, that you have charged me without my authorization to my account immediately, and then delete my credit card details afterwards. I hope it was a honest mistake. Your explanation regarding this matter would be appreciated. I have already informed my bank to stop giving you further payment, and they will investigate this matter.
