Cudo
Cudo 'money back guarantee' is false

I just requested a refund for a cudo voucher that was not correctly described in the offer. I apparently should have worked out that the treatment difference was $71 (to do this I should have noted the total amount and deducted the 8 treatments - 1 full and 7 vouchures) and known that I would be expected to pay an additional $71 each visist. The merchant realised this was not correct and advised to seek a refund. Cudo Promise "When you purchase any offer with us, if you're not 100% satisfied that either a) the offer you received was the same as we described it to you; or b) your expectations are not met when you redeem the offer, we’ll leave no stone unturned until we get things perfect! Just like we said we would! And if we don't make you happy, then we'll refund your money, in full, no questions asked! (Well, maybe one or two questions, but you know what we mean!) Because when you're happy, we're happy! And if you’re not, then rest assured we'll do everything possible to remedy it straight away! That's our promise to all our customers! That's the Cudo Promise! And that means shopping with Cudo just got a whole lot happier!"
Some Promise! It took 5 phone calls, requesting a supervisor - Kelvin (not helpful), multiple emails and advice I was to go to Fair trading for them to "just refund this once, but you really should check and email any queries before". Actually it will be just once and I strongly recommend no one shop with Cudo Australia. There promise is a media stunt and the bad publicity of late is accurate!
