I booked a bus ticket for my husband and I for the 6th January. Firstly the bus was late. Then there were no seats available. We waited for the next bus which happened to be a hired bus with no toilets or air *** at all. This was for 6 hours to jhb. After arriving at park station, we had to wait for 20 minutes for a new bus to take us to Lenasia South. I have back problems and a sprained neck as a result of the trip. I paid 300 for the ticket and I want my money back for the terrible service and bus trip we received. No one is paying my medical bills. I want a response as soon as possible!
