Unauthorised money taken from bank

I ordered advance colon tria only where I was suppose to ronly be charged for postage, on 6/8/10 $107 was taken out of my account with out my permission. They are claiming this is because i did not send the empty bottle back and cancel product. There is nothing that says with a trial when finishe dyou have to return the bottle or you will be charged for furthe rproducts. i have not eve received this product. I want my $107 paid by cheque and sent to my adress a sI have had to close my account to prevent them from taking further money.
