Staffs Not Helpfull

Dear Madam/Sir,
I have a complain BUT i did not complain about Qantans staffs, but they complain about me when i asked to be helped that i dont known how to check in myself. So the my company has given me the drop me down for working for while, which i dont understand how that works. Please i need a help in which way ihave to ask help.
