I found an advert via Facebook for "Woman's Health Magazine" recommending 'Cellan' and 'Colonease'. I thought that this was actually the legitimate magazine that I sometimes buy. Apparently it is not. I ordered these products, then realised the extreme amount of complaints they have. I cancelled 'colonease' and the lady said that 'cellan' was cancelled too (as they have the same 1800 phone number). I received a cancellation email from colonease, but none from 'cellan'. I have since sent 4 emails to 'cellan' and tried calling 4 times (on the same 1800 number) and have not had anyone answer. My call times range from 45mins-2.5hrs.
I cannot get a hold of anyone anymore. I am worried that I will continue to get charged, as I have not used any of the product. I 'rejected' the product at the post office when it turned up (as I was told if I did this I would not be charged anything, by the lady on the phone when I called).
I am so angry and worried. DO NOT EVER BUY THESE PRODUCTS.
