Would not except time change as running late just had baby purchased this for christmas to have hair done as have serious need for my self improvement feel good had baby sick and running approximately 20-30 mins late would not except to offer me any part of colouring treatment orcut and said that they alreafy have to give cudo 50 percent of fees per customer and had a lot of this and were not happy with cudo customers rang 48hrs before to confirm appointment told the guy i had a baby 7mths and this was the first time doing my hair in a year and how long would it take he changed from afternoon appointment to morning very rude not happy to provide a customer service to a consumer purchasing this voucher and angry at me for other cudo clients being late and changing appointment then would not do so for a mother of young child who is sick would never tell any one that this is a salon to be visited and not custmer freindly so why do they advertise with cudo if they dont want to give you 50 percent of profits and rude they give cudo a bad reputation and as well as the salon i spend $79 in wich im not working at moment and no hair colouring is the worst expereince and never had to experience this with living social they changed my appointment and excepted me being if at all late to hair and facial treatments and done it with the up most understanding and professionalism so were the other discount vouchers i have purchased on line for myself family and freinds would like a refund or another hair voucher with another business to the value of $ 79.00 and in future when promoting for this business should tell them not customers fault that cudo take 50percent of profits and they are representing the cudo company and experience of repeat business customer service is needed in this stone age i have not had either and very upset would not reccomend cudo or la riah with this experience to my worst enemy hoping you will use your discretion to make this just la riahs bad customer service not cudo my voucher no 1001310957 14 july kellie pearce 0416646210 97138872 please help me with this is not right you gaurantee or is this faulse advertising
