I placed an order online for Christmas presents in early November with a voucher I purchased on CUDO with an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks. I have not received the products so do not have the presents that they assured me would arrive in time for Christmas day. They do not reply to my emails and requests for them to call me. They do not supply phone numbers so I cannot call them. The company I ordered through have removed their contact details from their website.
