I purchased a voucher through Ouffer for a Hair Cut and Balayage colour at Corcorz Hair in South Brisbane. When I called up to make an appointment Corcorz refused to honor the voucher because they had made a mistake with the wording in the fine print. It says that the additional costs for long hair is $55 for cuts only, when i told them I won't have a cut, just a colour, they told me that the wording was incorrect and it was meant to say colour only.
I asked Corcorz for a refund and they told me I have to contact Ouffer. I have since sent multiple emails to Ouffer Support and only after weeks of no response have i received an email stating that they would not be refunding me. The level of customer service is absolutely disgusting and I will never purchase anything from this company again. I have lodged a dispute with Paypal, reported both companies to the ACCC and am in the process of lodging a complain against both companies with the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
