I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from Uggs@Australia. I paid for tracking the parcel. Delivery should be round about 15 working days. After 21 days I send them an e-mail asking for my tracking number. They send me the airtracking number and I contacted Australia Post. They could not track the parcel and since then (plus minus 4 months!) I haven"t heard anything from Uggs@Australia and I still don't have the parcel.
