Parcel was send from Australia by my son as a burthday gift. Uncluded was swimming pants, aftershave, perfume, cookies The parcel was collected at Vanderbijlpark post office. When opend it was discovered that the parcel was opened and recealed with brown tape (on the decription of this tape it was written that the parcel was discovered opend) Missing was the cookies, perfume, aftershave. If tried to report it to customs (tel 011 961 6000) but after waiting about 5 minutes the phone was put down on their side in my ear (They said they will put me threw to BRADLEY) But it never happend no one can tel me how to go about to lodge a complaint
