EMS
Mixed parcel delivery

My complaint is that I have had a parcel sent from China, using EMS and it was delivered to a lady, Leanne in Western Australia, days later Leanne's parcel was delivered to my address in Victoria
The problem is that both parcels DID NOT come from the same sender.
My parcel that was delivered to W.A. had Leanne's address labelled on it and when she opened it, it had my paperwork inside it and this is where she was able to get my phone number and ring me. I received her parcel with my address labelled on it but with her goods inside. My sender had labelled my parcel with my name and tracking number and same with Leanne's from her sender, so this is neither our or our suppliers fault. Leanne was speaking to her postmaster and my box had a large tag on it "OFF LOAD AT MELBOURNE AIRPORT" this was obviously not checked, because Western Australia is on the other side of Victoria. I live in Victoria Pakenham 3810 and Leanne lives in Kelmscott W.A. 6111
The problem is that we both don't have our correct parcels and since this was a mistake made from transport we both don't see why now we have to pay for them to be posted to the correct addresses
My tracking number is EE529066829CN and Leannes is EE533229259CN this scanned label stuck on Leanne's parcel.
The photo attached below is of my parcel with my label and tracking numer EE529066829CN. but somehow ended up in WA?? Both Parcels are still at each others homes waiting for a solution
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you Sandra Ferwerda
