Washing machine

I purchased washing machine on 20-09 and took deleivery on 21-09. I open it and try to start it. but s washing machine did not work. I approach at KMART (the vendor) on 22-09. They ctold that its not the responsibility of KMART . They told that its the responsibilty of customer to ring to technician and get it repaired.

Dear Sir, I purchased this machine in good faith and paid all money on the dt.20-09 but I deprived to use this machine.

when I purchased and paid I thought that its a new machine and its computrised and automatic machine. But neither it is automatic nor computeried as well as not working and also its electric wire insulation is damaged which may leed to injury or casualty.

Please give me justice.
