Did not recieve goods

I ordered some beads from Hongyunda Jewelery Firm and deal with a gentleman called Bert the e-mail address is
[email protected]. I paid via Weston Union $417.34 on 29/9/09Australian for Jewelery Charm beads. They said they would send them within a week than when they did not send me my tracking numbers I e-mailed him. he said maybe they have been sent he said he would let me know. I received no answer to any of my e-mails but after numerous attempts to contact him he finally contacted me and only said in a very short e-mail that he would send them on 10.10.09 This did not happen. They have not answered to my e-mails I have sent many I can not believe these people would jeopardize their gold member standing with Alibaba. Can you please help I just can't loose the money.
